Suggestions welcome and wanted, hardly any photos on there as i haven't took that many yet, all photos are taken with my Olympus E-410. Tell me what you think of the photos on there also please!

Ok, ive just been looking at the galleries, like making them myself ***, ill spread them out and see how it looks! Thanks, how are the pictures?
 
The picures don`t do a great deal for me, 2 of the sunset hurt my eyes.
The dog picture is quite nice. The horsey pic has a poor background.

I don`t like the word sample across them, it makes it hard to see the photo clearly and looks a bit amateurish. I would go for a small logo in the corner, although I have been criticised quite a bit for using my logo. :shrug:
 
Thanks, ill start doing that on them, only taking pictures for a hobby so nothing serious, any tips?
 
I think as you take pictures for your own enjoyment, why not put them in a gallery, put pleny of images on the forum for c+c and watch your images improve. I hope I wasn`t too harsh but if you keep at it, your website and your images will get much better. :thumbs: Good luck.
 
yeh sorry bout that i was meant to reply lol, yeh hopefully they get better as i go along, dont know how to work all the camera settings atm lol, i just take a picture and hope it comes out well!!!!!!
 
Hi Skippersworld

Just a couple of things I noticed, your thumbnails are a tad slow to load, the reason seems to be that you've used 800 pixel pictures but reduced the size in your web program, if you resized your pics to suit your thumbnail sizes they would load a lot quicker.
The other point is you've disabled right click on the thumbnails but not on the gallery pics which doesnt make sense.
By the way if you drag the images on to your desktop it gets over the disable right click thing.
If you still want to use the disable right click option you could instead of the 'Function Disabled' message put something like this "Copyright © You do not have permission to copy these images please e-mail me and ask for the picture you want " it may not stop some people but at least it puts a little doubt in their minds.

Hello Wayne, thanks for your input, i've took it all in and will give it ago! The copyright idea i like, i will also do that with the thumbnails, wondering why they took so long. I must of forgot to put the code for the right click on the other pages, thanks for pointing that out for me!
 
Thanks, well i havent made them smaller yet but i will give it ago and see what happens, they sometimes do go slow for me also!
