My photoshop is no worky

When i open a image in photoshop and try to add my text to it, it gives me this message

"Could not complete your request because of a program error."

Any ideas what is going on?

:shrug: no idea on this occasion, but last time I got that message from ps, I ended up with a folder and files I couldnt delete until lots of advice here sorted it. Was using the save as function at the time.

Might be an idea if you could post a bigger version of the screen shot somewhere and post a link so we can see more of what your settings are on screen...??

Have you tried adding the text to a seperate layer, sometimes mine has the same message and all I do is duplicate the layer and add it to that.
