Some nice shots there.

Having said that I think you could improve a few of them in PS a little more. Some of planes could do with a play with the Shadow/Highlight tool to get a bit more detail on their undersides.

And as for sunburn, it was supposed to be cloudy and rainy all day, where did the sun come from?

Any tips on using Photoshop would be greatly appreciated as I haven't got a clue

Some nice shots, they would benefit from a bit of sharpening IMHO

Lovely composition on the BBMF/ Reds shot. Thats a fave for me. Other than that, same as whats already been said.
