Well unless you have changed cameras these are square crops. And I feel they are a bit squashed in the frames... Just imho like i said i like the two head shots. ;)

(Didn't get any this time, Dave. They were hiding, when I got there )

Not bad for a canon user and no blue tinge this time, you're getting the hang of things at last (y)
Do love those wolverines, cheeky little gits

Nice shots Chris, 1 & 4 for me. Great eye contact in 5.

Cheers Marc its appreciated (y)

I quite liked #6 myself )
(Some will get that some won't :D)

I am with Dave, the head shots are the money shots Chris, though unlike him, I dont mind the crops, they work for the images imo (y)

Thanks Yvonne I appreciate it (y)
I did try the "standard" crop size after Dave mentioned it but I thought that
they looked crap, well even more so :D

It's definitely the headshots for me as well, and I don't mind the crops as they are. The files do look a bit overprocessed to me though - maybe a little enthusiastic with the sharpening for my taste, but I'm no sharpening expert - I struggle with a pencil - so don't listen to me. :)

Cheers Tim (y)
I take your point about the sharpening also.
that 300 prime is as sharp as a razor and through glass
gives a slightly weird effect.
I've not quite got the hang of "balancing" it yet :)
(thats the best excuse I have :D)

Really like that set and the action caught in No1 makes it stand out a lot!

Great set, the Lion is a wonderful shot, great expression but slightly sad , he does look like an old boy
pete

Stunning images Chris. Love the head shots particularly. You seem to be getting the hang of how to use a camera now!!! :D:LOL:
