I heard you can check your shutter count at MyShutterCount.com

I am just curious but I cannot get anything from the site

I select a file and click upload and it just does nothing :shrug:

anyone get it to wrok, is it just my end

Yes and no.

It took me a few goes to get a file to upload but eventually I managed it.

It produced loads of data but even after really careful looking I could not find anything that appeared to be a shutter count.

Hope you have more success eventually.

Only gives number of photos taken since the file count zeroed, not shuttercount.

a lot of canon's dont have the shutter count int he RAW so cant see it working, not sure on nikon though.

It works fine on Nikon (doesn't everything?)
But it takes quite a while to process the information so gives the impression of doing nothing.

Actually that was exactly what gave me problems intially.

The window went dark after I browsed my photo and I thought it was loading.

A couple of tries later, I pressed the upload button and all was well.
