I think the monochrome version works very well too, that's a fine conversion.

I think maybe the colour version has a bit of a yellow cast?

Couldn't put my finger on what it was with the colour version, hence the conversion (which is my favourite of the two.).

When I look at something like this and prefer the mono version something must be wrong

I had a quick play with the colour version and I think it looks a lot better with a bit more contrast and some sharpening. I deleted it as if there is a 'colour cast' I wouldn't see it if it jumped up and hit me
