Good morning - first time poster here, after stumbling across your website quite by/through serendipity... You lot seem a knowledgeable bunch, and I have 2 questions to ask your advice on if that's okay. For my birthday I got just shy of £100 (popular website sounding like a river in Brazil) vouchers to spend as I see fit - Ideally I'd like some ND filters for my Nikon D80 and a crumpler bag, but I could do with some advice.
a) The bag - I have a large crumpler bag (New Delhi 770) for travelling between A and B, it fits in camera, lenses, cables, laptop etc - but I took it to a wedding and it was mistaken for a baby changing bag! Clearly too big
So I'd like a small bag, possibly:
http://www.kit2fit.com/range/product/?2552,0,2,32,5
or the next size up (but it's getting big by then)
but I'd like it to be able to fit in my d80 (possibly to be upgraded to a d300s in the next 12 months) and my 18-200 lens on, with another (say 1.4 50mm) lens inside and maybe space for some paper/pen etc.
Ideally the bag would look small as I look like a bit of a clip walking around church weddings with a huge bag around my neck!
b) With my tripod and camera, I'd like to dabble with ND - Is there a cheap way of setting about this? Something like:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cokin-H250A...1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1266707526&sr=8-1-fkmr0
seems a good solution, but I'm not sure if it's suitable for me - Does anyone have any thoughts if it would be good? I'd hate to purchase it and find out it's just a fad and not use it much but think it'll add a great quality to some pictures.
So any info/advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks
