Need a 20-24mm pentax prime

Hello everyone. A friend asked me to find a lens for them (she's a brilliant photographer but couldn't care less about equipment so she asked the geek to do the job). The thing is I have no idea what lenses Pentax made in the past. Ideally an AF lens with 2.8 aperture but please enlighten me on what to look around for (the number of available legacy k-mount lenses confuses me like hell :shake: )
 
As she wants AF the choice is limited to

New:
SMC Pentax-DA 21mm F3.2 Limited

Used:
SMC Pentax-FA 20mm F2.8
SMC Pentax-FA* 24mm F2 AL [IF]

Sigma do a 20mm & 24mm f1.8 I believe but I have no idea if they are any good. They also did a 24mm f2.8 (sold one just a couple of days ago) which is excellent.
 
The 21mm is a really good piece of kit, although I would have liked it if it was a stop or two faster
