Neptune is at opposition tonight and therefore well placed for observation. Its magnitude(7.8) is too low to be ssen with the naked eye but should/might be visible in binoculars and will be in a smallish telescope.
Without a large telescope it will appear as a star like dot, but as it is fairly close in the sky to Jupiter it might be a bit easier to find.
