New camera backpack advice needed

Time has come to replace my Lowepro Computrekker AW.

my requirements are now mainly for airline travel so I was thinking at the Think Tank airport series.

What I do need to fit inside are:

- 1 Canon 1D series
- 1 Canon 70-200
- 1 Canon 300 2.8
- 1 Canon 8-15
- 1 Canon 16-35
- 1 Canon Extender 2x
- 1 13inch laptop

What I would like to fit it into(however i don't really need)are the above things plus:

- 1 extra Canon 1d or 5d
- laptop battery charger
- camera battery charger
- 1 580 ex flash

Was particularly interested in the Airport Commuter but it is not available yet and I need the backpack it within 2 weeks so I believe I cannot wait for that, any other option within the old ones or the Lowepro range?

MY suggestion would be to look at the FStop Tilopa BC, although there are loss of other "What bag" threads, which will have other peoples experiences too.
