New kit arrives

I have just taken delivery of my 150-600 Tamron lens, so there will be some longer range deer stalking in Bushy Park soon. Also, I have the confirmation of my pre-order for a shiny new D500 when it becomes available.. very exciting!

I'm going to try to get out on Sunday with the new lens on my current body - 7100. Bushy Park is literally just across the road from my front door.. hope the weather holds!

Yeah, have fun and share the results, I have been looking for a 150-600 for quite a while and been mulling over getting it brand new

Tamron 150-600 is a very capable lens you will enjoy using it ... just hope it works okay with the D500
