New Landscape Lens ??

Maybe I should have cropped a little of the foreground off though!

Second shot is wonderful but I think it needs rotating a few degrees CCW so the reflections are vertical.

Really nice shots both of them, its really underated what can be done with 400-500mm lenses for landscapes.

I'd be tempted to crop the lower section of bare water, just about up to the start of the boats' reflection. It's a lovely shot!

Slight angle in the second makes it look like its about to move & sway to the other side - really like it.

Wow. Thanks for all the comments. Really appreciated as these aren't my usual type of shot and I am trying to get better at them.

Pxl8 - I dont have much leeway to rotate No.2 as its pretty much full frame. I could try and clone in some more background but i've not got the hang of doing that well for reflective surfaces yet. I'll maybe have another go at re-processing it tomorrow.
