New short film shot on Canon DSLR's

Hope this is OK to post - quite proud of my youngest.

For the last year or so my youngest son, James, age 14, has been involved with a local film company making a short film called Mr Wiggles.

The trailer is released today and the film will be opening in Empire Cinema Swindon from 17th May and at others later.

Mr Wiggles is a moving short film taking you on an opportunity to strip away the outer veneer and scratch beneath the surface in order to discover the truth, opening your eyes to what is really going on around us and challenging us to see things in a different light.

Mr Wiggles is about the imaginative distraction we all desperately desire from reality. The film takes the lives of two young children's desperate escape, into a world created for protection. But for Amber and Nathan, it's only a matter of time before reality, catches up.

It's been nominated for UK short Film Screenplay award and was filmed in locations around Swindon on Canon DSLR,s including a 7D, 5D mk2 and a 550D

Well done to your youngest, that looks like an excellent film. The colour grading is superb, it really does look top draw, and kind of puts to bed the DSLRs aren't good for video argument some on here keep spieling

That looks great dude. Best of luck and you have every right to be proud of your son being involved in something as good as this. Agree with Jacob, about using dslr's, after all they filmed House with a 5D2.
