Got a new Gitzo Tripod and head last night............this thing is cool and very light

^^^ Forgot to add that the reason I needed this is that I left my Manfoto tripod by a tree and came back two hours later to find it was gone.............Bas%$#ds

It's a sad reflection on today's society when people resort to knicking trees eh!

Chin up Sir....it gets better. Another year or two and you'd have forgotton that you even owned a tripod.

The Gitzo is a good choice though. I've got several and can't rate them highly enough.
