The sound of music is so crisp and clear nowadays, I do sometimes miss the slight crackle of vinyl.

Sorry about that, but it was the first thing that came to mind and I (unusually) had the time to get on with it. I'm pretty sure there's no rule about similar subjects, there'd be a lot of folks in Talk Photography Jail if there was!

Contrary to a lot of audiophile propoganda, it's in every way worse than CD for example, but it's worse in a way that's very pleasing to the human ear.

It's a bit of a crop. On reflection I should have changed lenses, but I was on a mission.
 
A reminder of the time when you would put a record on and sit down to listen to it without interruption or distraction or multi-tasking
 
That brings back memories, no headphones full blast.

I still make time to do that. Not as often as I like, but sitting through a full album while doing nothing else is still a wonderful thing.

Yep! I'm with ya! Many years ago I spent a few years selling turntables and assorted analogue music devices.
 
Ooh, clouds, something we haven’t seen much of for a while. I did think there’s a lot of windows to clean. Nicely processed, great colours.
