I have a D80 and a D300 with nikon 50mm, 70-200 and sigma 18-200 and a few other bits

is this worth the extra 420quid.

please can you post up your sample of this lens.

Honestly? No. I've had 3 Sigma 10-20mm's, never had a problem with any (buy, sell, buy, sell, it got silly for a while!). Love it - looks, and feels great. Apart from my Nikon primes, I'm a Sigma EX lens junkie The only other lens that really caught my eye was the Tokina 12-24mm, but mainly for its constant f/4 aperture...

My next lens purchase will another (my 4th!) Sigma 10-20mm!

I had a sigma 10-20 and sold it as it was a bit soft at the edges. Dont forget to add the Tokina lenses to the list..
