Nikon 3200problems

A friend of mine has recently brought a new nikon 3200 dslr and it`s just started clicking and nothing else has anyone got any ideas please

There could be something wrong with it
First things to check are:
take the battery out and re-insert
is the battery fully charged?
reset recent settings by pressing the two green buttons together

Thanks, i have said to her to take out the batteries i`ll try the others.
