It’s such a small difference I'd go for it.
They are effectly the same lens but one is slightly longer and slightly slower in AF but still good enough for most subjects
If I didn't have the 200 already I'd have probably got the 300, that said, from 2-300 it is quite a negligable amount and a relectively small crop can bring you closer...
