Hoping to get my Nikon negative scanner up and running again on my computer which runs windows 7, 64 bit. Version of Coolscan is 2.5.1

Anybody any experience of this? or any advice to offer? particularly regarding drivers. Is it possible??

Any help most welcome.
 
First thing is, is the Coolscan an scsi device ?
if it is then you need to fit an scsi card in your pc, I don't even know if there is support for scsi in win 7.
 
Yes, it is a SCSI connection but have not yet tried to fit the SCSI port to my PC
