Nikon d5500 touch screen

Is there any way to disable the touch screen on this camera if needed ? I like the feel of the camera in the hand, but not so keen on the touch screen. Argos ebay shop have them for £470 with the kit lens, seems like a canny price.

Cheers John. It just dawned on me a minute ago to simply look at the Nikon website for the user manual. Sorted now.

Enjoy the camera its a great body.You may find you grow to like the touch screen on it.I love it one press and you have access to all the important settings you use most frequently.I think its a great system
