Nikon d60 or PANASONIC Lumix G1 Black

Which do i go for i only want to take pics of my marine tank and fish etc and general use and have herd the nikon is a great bit of kit, but have seen the tv advert on the panasonic and looks a good camera for the money, any help would be greatly appreciated.

For long term upgradability and ease of getting third party items and also a wide range of access to secondhand stuff I would reccomend the Nikon.
But then it depends if you want live view or not.

i would go with the nikon d60 because the G1 only has two lenses and limited on accesories also its not classed as a DSLR. the nikon has all the lens range plus third party lenses and accessories.
