the 18-105 isn't pants but is not that great for the money - also if you end up getting a zoom telephoto in the future you will probably end up duplicating half its range.
I guess you have no Nikon lenses at the moment, if you don't want to spend too much money the 35/1.8 is a smashing lens and would be my choice if you have to buy something at list price tomorrow.
Not sure where you are buying from but why not try a little haggling - see if they could throw in a 50/1.8 or 18-55 zoom - either of these would be nice little lenses to get you going, you could then take your time to choose what else to buy. Another nice lens is the Nikon 18-70 you will only get these second-hand - a mint one should be about 100 notes.
Accessory wise you may want to look at the mini infra red remote (again see if they will throw it in) for a tenner, filters if you want to protect lenses. The D7000 battery lasts for ever so you won't need a spare or battery grip.
The best memory card is the SanDisk Extreme Pro SDHC UHS-I - these will overcome the issue for some that the D7000 has a small buffer if you like taking loads of continuous shots - these cards are not cheap though - maybe 30 notes for 8GB.
