Sorry hope this is the correct place to post this.

I seems to have miss placed the rear lens cap for my fx lens. Are the one from dx lens the same?

Looking at getting some cheap ones from flea bay but the description says dx f lens caps.

Should be the same yes as you can fit DX lenses onto FX Nikons, albeit with a lower MP count.
