Nikon Nikkor-Z 50mm f/1.8S vs. Zeiss 50mm f/1.4 Milvus

Has anyone compared them? I've used the Milvus, which is big, and heavy, and vignettes badly wide open, though it is extremely sharp and performs well right out to the corners. How does the Nikon Z lens compare?

The 50/1.8 Z is just about on the same level as the Milvus’ bigger brother, the Otus:
