Im looking to upgrade from my d60 to a d90

Just wondering as im only looking to do a body upgrade at the min

Will my existing lenses and flash work .

I have:

nikon dx 18-55 af-s
Tamron Af 70-300 1:4-5.6
nikon 50mm series e (which is only manual focus on my d60 at the min am i right in thinking that it will auto focus on the d90)
And a jessops 360afdn flash.

Did a search but thought id ask the experts.

many thanks

oh yes !!!

I thought the D60 was an excellent camera but the D90 is in a different league

Have to agree to that; the D60 was what I cut my DSLR teeth on but the D90 really has so much more to offer, particularly in terms of ergonomics.

The 50mm won't autofocus on the D90.

It should do . . . its designed to use the in body screw focus system  . . . unless 'e series' means something?
Had a look on mine, nothing about 'e series', says AF . . .

which of the 50mm lenses will auto focus on the d90 and not on the d60 then?

The 50mm 1.8D and the 50mm 1.4D will both AF on the D90 but not on the D60 (D3100 or D5000).

The 50mm 1.4G will AF on any of the bodies.

You can pick up a 50mm 1.8D for £60-£70 second hand.
