Hello

I have always been a keen photographer and love a good pic!
Been using my phone cam for ages for car shows and the like!

Looking to get a better cam!

Looking to spend 150- 200 quid and i want a few extras!

Looking at these 3 at the mo, but want a lil more cam ***!

I think the best bet would be to first read some reviews...

You can find some at this site (Just follow the link and it will take you to the Fuji section and you can check out the cams you posted.)

Hmm would the D40 really be worth the extra 100 quid!

You would be able to be more creative later on with the Nikon....but will only be able to manual focus with some lens...(I think the D40 does not have internal motor or none AF-S lens) Some one on here will be able to confirm that....

Bridge camera will have fixed lens to cover all you focal needs if you get 18x or some thing... Nikon will mean additional expenditure for lenses as you go along.

Yep can only manual focus on some lens, the 50mm for example.

For a starter (and more advance photographer) the d40 would be ideal. Would give you a good insight, and be perfect for what you're wanting. Car shows etc.

You will be limtied on zoom as the lens is an 18-55, kit lens. You can always upgrade a lens remember.
