Normandy Dunes

Just got back from a holiday in Normandy (Forte-Mahon-Plage, nr Boulogne) here is a picture from the dunes there

I'd quite like more of the grass movement at the top of the frame, rather than the bottom but that's a small matter, it's fabulous and atmospheric as it is.

Super shot, love the composition and contrast, but maybe a bit unbalanced - ideally there might have been a bit more sky.

Fort Mahon is surely not Normandy - it is the in Department of The Somme, or Pas de Calais??

I suspected as much. Probably best to leave alone, because it is still a smashing image. Love the clarity.
