Planes are good though. I esp liek that last shot, how much of a crop is that?

If you cloned out the smoke thats in the sky from earlier runs then i would make a greta poster.

Great photos, I'm a bit concerned about the photo of the Lancaster though. What have you done with the two Spitfires which always escort it. Every time I've seen the Lancaster, the Spitfires are always there too.

Joe, I never thought of that, a good point sir I shall attend to this small detail in the morrow As for the last one I croped out some of the sky to the left side as it was just empty sky and below the white smoke. If I remember rightly I used my 80-400 at full zoom for that one.

nilagin, the Lancaster was coming into land as her to little darlings had already landed. I've been after a photo of the Lancaster on her own for some time, shame though as she had developed some sort of problem with her undercarridge and was grounded for the rest of the day :thumbsdown:

CT, I'd splashed out on the f4 Sigma 100-300 and yesterday was the first time I'd used it in anger.
