Here's a shot I took of Amy recently. I had the two background lights turned off and just lit the pic with the Softbox at the front [which probably could have been a little higher - I'm still learning!] and it gave a really nice grey-gradient. I decided to try something a little different to give it a bit more "pop" and "fashion-like" and decided to change it to pink instead.
What a wonderful way of having CS3 rather than having to use gels....

Thanks Shutterman I was aiming for the "arty" so I think i have hopefully fitted the brief!! - It a knitted trilby, rather than a normal one, hence the fuzzyness

quite nice.
there seems to be a decided magenta cast on her right cheek and bridge of her nose. typically Cyan < Magenta < Yellow in skin tones.

In those places, the magenta is higher than yellow.

I like it, but her neck looks to be quite awkwardly strained, its a very odd angle.

Lovely colour background though, makes a nice change from the normal colours

maybe some smoothing of the skin tones, the mouth/chin looks a little rough and there might be a spot on the chin.
apart from that i like the image, pose is a bit forced maybe, the catchlights are nice and sharp.
overall i think a well done with room for small tweaks.
