I don't normally (or ever) post family photos but I was quite pleased with this one. Not a happy shot and I know that corner of wall is coming out the top of his head and it's not straight, but I like it...that's grandad holding the baby BTW...and mother looking concerned on the left. Just thought I'd share for C&C.

I do like the baby's expression - that's what they do when I get near them. Also the look of the mother is great. You're right off vertical verticals and the corner of the wall don't help, but the human situation is great.

Cropping the mother out and just having grandad and baby also makes a fine image

I like that a lot, nice natural & emotional shot - the corners & slight angle don't detract in the slightest for me - as Maureen said, RAW state of human emotion.

Thanks for the comments everyone, I'd nearly forgotten I'd posted this. I'm at work now so can't post a crop but I've done a 'browser crop' and like it. if I get a chance later I'll post it and I might even straighten it too.
