its a lens test obviously...you are checking lack of depth of field
the composition isnt really very complimentary to the railings but have you satisfied yourself the lens is ok from this?
the tops of the railings may be important but you havent kept them in
and i would like to have seen the expert paint job...ie in colour

That just about sums it up, just trying a few things and I liked this one
The colour is bright blue, so felt the need to B&W to highlight the craftsmanship in the railings, rather than a vivid colour
I dont do much of this kind of shot, so thanks for the comments
It's a lens test, that caught my eye, edited to how I like it and when I next place an order for prints, will probably get a large version for the wall
Must be a marmite thing
