Get the swatters out - annoying me whilst trying to get the young starling picture. I liked the reflection in the double glazing - but must clean the window!
Needless to say - hand-held, or rather tripod tilted and not a true macro lens (sigma 2.8 70-200) so very much a grab shot whilst lined up on the "Food Shoot Starling". Nearly fell over tilting the tripos sideways and leaning back to focus on window at the side of me! The fly had a short life span!
I think you have to look at this and go, ok so its out of focus, its heavily cropped, theres purple fringing, and its noisy. Ok its a bad shot, delete. If you want to get good shots of flies, get a macro lens.
