One of yesterday's short walks

This waterfall is only about 2 miles from a road but is, I think, rarely visited.

It doesn't have a name and is shown on maps as just 'waterfall' but is a bit of a gem.

Which one's that, Dave? I love a good waterfall but always seem to find the ones that don't photograph well
Or maybe I'm just a rubbish photographer

Nice pic. It's sometimes tricky to get the shutter speed just right for a good effect.

It is on the Talladale river about halfway between Gairloch and Kinlochewe and appoximatley two miles off the road, Jan.

Although a very short walk it is potentially very tough and a times a bit scary, well it was for me because I made a bad decision.

Ah yes. I see what you mean. Maybe not one for this year then. I've had an op on my leg and if we go at all this year I'll be looking for short and easy, with easy more important than short. One for the future maybe, though I think my partner may be 'going fishing' that day
