Outdoor couple portrait shooting

Tomorrow i'm going to be doing a young couple in a park, i'll probably use my 700-200 f2.8, it's going to be sunny but i have a small reflector and planning on using my tele lens at around 100mm @ f2.8 for SDOF, i'm planning on getting a few head & shoulder shots and maybe full length portraits of them both.
Any tips for portraits around trees etc ?

Think about your lines and framing. Using trees as frames within frames works great. You might struggle with exposure control without off camera lighting though.
