:LOL: RAF Leeming is always very handy when you're travelling up and down the A1 as it is literally right alongside it. There's also a McDonalds about 2 minutes drive away from the airfield and when you're travelling (I was on my way back from Doncaster) it's a nice place to eat and have your camera out for maybe an hour and see what happens!
 
So thats where 100sqn fly from - awesome.

#4 is the best for me - typically shots from the back don't work too well but the gear down really polishes the image - nice work

It certainly is. I've got an absolute mass of pictures of their Hawks from over the last five years! That's what happens when Leeming is your only RAF base within decent distance and you are an aviation enthusiast.

Of course, I don't visit Leeming these days as I was only ever after the F3s before they left. But 100 Squadron always flew a heck of a lot more than them!
