I noticed that our compact appears to be struggling to get focus when I tried to use it last weekend. I've done a quick search but there isn't anything obvious about known issues with them.
Does anyone know how the focus system works? Could it be something like the lens being grubby? (niece and nephew have been in reach of it recently so anything is possible). any other suggestions?
I'm guessing its probably not worth repairing if there is a real problem seeing as it was only ~£100 new.
