Panoramic Framing?

I am looking to get some of my panorama format (e.g. classic 17x6 landscapes) printed and framed. No problem getting a decent print but has anybody recommendations for getting a frame?

Seems to me that there are little or no off-the-shelf panoramic frames leaving only the custom option. Even then - where is best? Anything good on the internet or should I just go to a local framing store?

I reckon you'd be best going local if you can, if you can get one made at the right price you can be sure will at least fit the print properly.
 
Ikea do a frame which will either take one pano 19 3/4" x 9", or three 7" x 5" mounted prints. Not much help for you I appreciate, but someone else might be able to make use of it.
