Password google play

Is there a way to have Google play ask for a password on every download from the app store?

I don't know about free apps, but you can set it to require a password for any paid apps;
Under settings look for 'Require authentication for purchases' - you can set it to all, every 30 mins, or never.

I was hoping there was a way of doing it on free apps too, it does ask for the password on paid apps
