Pentax PK A to Canon EOS 500d

Im looking to buy a ring adaptor for my Canon 500d which will allow me to use my Pentax-A 50mm lens on.

Ive been looking on E-bay but wasnt sure whether I have to get a particular adaptor as my lens is an A mount.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

You need a K mount adapter.

Although Pentax have had a few different mounts in their time they are all based on the K mount (apart from the M42 screw) and are backward compatible.
