Not sure but it seems a bit soft, maybe in resizing ?
From Tiff printed at A3+ seems Ok.
Any thoughts ?

It's a knockout shot Ceejay. Looks ok to my eye. and super perch. I might have a go at getting shot of the dark in the background if it was mine.(y)

That is a great image that would be even better if you could PP a touch more brilliance on the bird because the snow BG makes the bird look a touch dull. Great perch & pose though.
 
Love the shot but for me something not quite right with the head.

However a fantastic shot one which I would be happy with.

Thank you for the comments.
Taken on the farm just after a small snowstorm. I think it was looking at a dead day old chick that i fed the local BOP's on occasionally. Been a bit hard on them what with the recent weather we have been having, two dead Barn Owls for certain, out of seven pairs that have been breeding on the farm. Not able to get around much recently even on a Quad-bike, one of the tractors got stuck the other day had to "daisy-chain" three to get it out of the snow !
