Ouch! I think ive just cut myself on that image. You might want to put a sheath on an image that sharp. Great work, and those lovely subdued colour really are great.

For some reason my web images don't show the exif data, probably because I'm using an older version of Paint Shop Pro which I don't think supports it.

However, I just checked the RAW file and it was 700mm (500mm and 1.4X TC) 800 ISO, 1/200th at f5.6

Ah - that's why there's so little detail in the feathers then, I could only count 12,000 of them and I'd have expected more

Overall then, not a bad effort considering
