yes it was freeeeeezing cold, a case of jumping in and out of the car it was too cold for me.

the "snow" i believe is called rime - frozen droplets of fog or mist
what a week of weather we have had, frost, rime, beautiful sunsets, and another excellent photographic example here - well done
