Thanks in advance.:D

what was the objective of the task?

1st and last image have a really nice slightly off tone to them, not so keen on the others but kudos for the 1st and last. *thumbs up from me for those :)

I was doing a Foundation Art and Design course this was for the final major project where you had to choose 1 area to specialise, I chose Photography. We got to decide what to do for the project so I picked 'Portraiture'. I looked at different ways of taking pictures of people. This was sort of a mock fashion shoot.

the last one is my favourite to, but on the whole the set reminds me of the old shots we see from the 60's & 70's, but with out the processing style of the era, which if done could enhance them.

Not a criticism just how I see them.

Have you tried possibly making these pics look 'cross processed"? that is a great effect us youngsters always love.

open up in photoshop and edit all the curves (+ the different colours) to a steady rounded S shape. adjust a bit!

EDIT: heres a quick edit to show you what I mean

the images as presented above let them down. I think there is a lot of potential in them. some more time in pp and shoud find you have some stunning images.

I agree number 7 is the best, but number 6 looks like she doesnt have any legs, not the best of the bunch I have to say :)

I like the first and the last, and although you *could* mess about and PP them to death, I like them as they are :)

How did you do this?

I have been playing around with them abit but i havent managed to do anything I think is worth sticking with.
I'll keep trying.

I used a Lightroom preset. I'd reckon the rest would be transformed with a wee run through Lightroom too :)
