Photography Backdrop

I'm looking for a backdrop to experiment with some portraits etc, and have came across this one (and many others like it!) on ebay.

Anyone used one like this; or have any comments.advise at all?

I have no experience at all of backdrops, but read on another similar thread that a backdrop that size might be too small for anything much more than 3/4 length or horizontal shots.

I've got one of these.... does the job fine for single person shots. Depends how much you want to spend I suppose...

Ive been looking into getting a back ground recently too, what would be the minimum size recomended? Would want if able to acomadate 2 adults if needed.
