I have been given a very nice Ipod Touch for Christmas (isn't my wife great) and I have spent some time playing around with it and it is a fantastic little toy.
I have a small problem with photos. I use Lightroom on a Mac with OS X Leopard and have 15,000 or so RAW photos and want to get a selection of the best recent ones on the I-Pod.
I exported all the 4 star and above shots taken this year as a JPEG with a max resolution of 1000x1000 to a directory and pointed i-tunes to only sync the photos in that directory.
The problem is that the file date becomes the date that I exported the photo and not the date the photo was taken. So on the i-pod they are displayed a bit randomly.
Has anybody got any ideas on how I can get the creation date as the file date when I export the photos from Lightroom? or is there a completely different and better way of getting what I want?
Oh and Merry Christmas!
