photoshop nightmare !cs3

photoshopp cs3 start up page
well i think it is whenever i open photoshop it starts and a get a option the bottom right 5 sliders exposure , fill light .brightness.etc and options on top to crop all sorts of stuff ,then when i happy i open the image and then i can do the normal stuff with menus as such like !
its doing my head in its gone and i don't know how to get it back i have restore to defaults but no joy can anyone help

Start photoshop up while holding alt ctrl & shift & keep them held until you see a box come up asking if you want to delete preferances, tick yes & it should be back at default settings.
