Photoshop Snapshot

Hi .. is there a snapshot facility in Photoshop CS3 that can take a snapshot of the desktop or from within another package for instance .. i used to use the snapshot in Paint shop pro but would rather use one in CS3 if there is such a facility ..

Printscreen on keyboard snaps the whole screen
alt-printscreen snaps the active window

then just paste into PS

Alternatively you can use fraps if you are wanting to take alot of screenshots without having to alt+tab to photoshop.
