Yes they provide crop milk in the early stages, then regurgitate as the chicks grow.

Emperor penguins and flamingos do too. Believe it or not it's the male emperor penguin that produces it, not the female.

Edit - I forgot the dove. Closely related to the pigeon they do as well.

Now you mention it I have watched Flamingos doing it but I didn't know that Emperor Penguins did.
