Pixapro ST-iii / Godox X1R Reseiver Canon variant

I have a couple old Canon 430EX speedlight I'd like to utilise. I want to add them to my Pixapro Pika200 (Godox AD200) setup.

Does anyone know of the Pixapro ST-iii (X1R) receiver will give me full manual control of the 430EX? I have heard that they work in TTL but have no idea if manual control works. I'm using the Xpro transmitter to control the Pika200's

normally the flash has to be in TTL mode for the godox tiggers to communicate (regardless off if you want to set them manually or use TTL), you set manual on the trigger to get full manual control

Found out that they do not work with the older 430EX lights.
