Point and shoot

Hi all,

I know that this has most probably been asked multiple times, but as technology improves I always find that every answer differs.

I'm going on holiday, and will be bringing my DSLR along with me, but I want to buy a cheapish point and shoot camera (Under £100) for those times when I can't always carry a heavy DSLR.

I'm wary of using point and shoots because the ones I've purchased always seem to be not sharp - hence why I'm looking to purchase a new one. Of course I'm not expecting the best shots with a point and shoot, but I just want one where the photographs look good and not flat.

Any recommendations?

It's discontinued now so i doubt you will find one new but i would recommend a Panasonic LX3, it's a point and shoot with tons of extras, i had one for a couple of years and got some brilliant shots with it, and trust me your shots wont be 'flat'.

Worth checking ebay for one, and you should find one well under your budget.
